CRYOGENIAN, sure, I guess. I mean, I'm not totally happy with it, but then again, it's oddly hard to think of good names for the cold.

The more I think about it, the more I like ICEFALL. And for the Rake, how about TOOTHSOME?

I dunno, I really like SMILE for The Rake. And sure, ICEFALL does sound good.

Okay, so confirmed official names so far are:

Fossil-Type BIRCHMAN (Slender Man)
Fossil-Type HOMUNCULI (Manufactured Newborn)
Fossil-Type TINDALOS (The Black Dog)
Fossil-Type SMILE (The Rake)
Fossil-Type OVER THERE (The Empty City)
Fossil-Type RED DEATH (The Plague Doctor)
Fossil-Type PASSACAGLIA (The Choir)
Fossil-Type ICEFALL (The Cold Boy)

And for the Convocation, I suggest SKYLARKS.

So we're left with naming: the Archangel, the Blind Man, the Dying Man, EAT, the Eye, the Intrusion, the Nightlanders, the Quiet (if they know about it), the Smiling Man, the Unnamed Child, and the Wooden Girl.

SKYLARK? Like Chip Skylark from The Fairly Odd Parents? xD

Archangel: Jane drew Archie, though I kinda forgot to come up with a name, so I settled on "HADES," if that's alright. I can always go back and change it. But Kit told me, upon hearing a description of Archie's actions, that he's very much like the Hades of Greek mythology.

FOSSIL-TYPE HADES

HADES is good. I like it because it's the name of the god and also the name of the underworld - which is like the Archangel because it's the afterlife as well.

I also like that the Genera Center isn't confirming that HADES can appear as dead people - because how do you confirm that scientifically?

We still haven't chosen names for the rest of the Fossils. Above are some suggestions. Please enjoy.

Blind Man: CURATOR, BIBLIOPHILE, READER, MNEMONIST (I like CURATOR, personally.)

Convocation: THOR BIRDS, STRIBOG, LARKS (LARKS is good!)

Dying Man: MACABRE, THANATOS, MORIENDI, LAZARUS (LAZARUS might give off the wrong impressions, but it's definitely a good name.)

Eye: IRIS, THRONE, PANOPTICON (I came up with "SEE FLAT." It's a pun on the musical note Cb, and I don't even know if I'm seriously suggesting it. I'm fine with PANOPTICON.)

Intrusion: SWARM, HIVE, SIBILANT (...how about "THEM?")

Nightlanders: GNOMON, EIDOLONS, OBFUSCATERS ("THE OBFUSCATE;" "OBFUSCATERS" doesn't look right to me.)

Smiling Man: TOOTHSOME, RICTUS, MERRYMAKER (I love RICTUS and MERRYMAKER. But RICTUS sounds more official, I dunno.)

Unnamed Child: NOMEN NESCIO, NAMETAKER, JANE DOE (NONONONONONO. Trust me, that.. would get me killed if I told Cadet we were calling the Unnamed Child that. I like NOMEN NESCIO, but I don't know if it's memorable enough for the casual reader. "UNPERSON?")

Wooden Girl: NEUROSPASTA, STRING-PULLER, DOLLMAKER ("NEUROSPASTA" sounds like brain-related creepypasta. The other two are too blatant. How about SELKIE?)

EXHIBITS:
Viceking's Graab (Step inside the maze. You could spend an eternity here.)

All good. Although THEM just makes me think of giant ants, not bugs themselves (and I don't know if it would bring up the same connotations in others). I like SELKIE though.

"THEM" was just the first and simplest name that came to mind. The Intrusion aren't one of my main concerns right now, so we can take a bit of time coming up with its name.

Glad you like SELKIE. :D

I know we've already called The Dying Man "Lazarus," but maybe we can rename him "Dionysus?" <:D It'd just take a quick editing of that one Doctor Cloud post and bam, it's always been true!

..or he can still be FT-LAZARUS but certain people I will talk about in a thread I'm making will call him "Dionysus."
