QUOTE (Various Identities @ Jan 5 2012, 02:47 PM)
I thought we agreed on forgetting about those pictures and continuing to believe I'm Mark Hoffman?
Bah.

Anyway, you guys apparently haven't seen the girls in this town. They're >5'5" and <100lb. It makes my nonexistent self-esteem go down.

You realize that puts those anorexic stick figures at least seventeen pounds UNDER a healthy weight, yes? A girl who is 5'5" should weigh at least 117 lbs to be healthy.

various, shut the fudge up about weight, you're pretty, so deal with it.

It's not that they're all that underweight, it's just that they have tiny frames. For example, one girl has ankles the size of my wrist. That's just how she was made. :V

Uh, yeah, it's true. Weight is a good thing, but bad when you have too much of it.

It was a quick bit of "I did it on the internetz" research to point out she's not as chubby as she thinks, but yeah barring unusual circumstances a woman who is 5'5" should weigh between 117-136 lbs. Someone who's at least seventeen pounds below the minimum . . . I don't see how they could look like anything but a skeleton. You probably can be healthy bellow or above that but you'd need to make an effort.

I've never weighed 117 in my life...no wonder my guidance counselors used to ask whether I was anorexic or bulimic as though it was one or the other.

Weight is stupid.

If you're not having health problems, or being unhealthy with what you do/eat, I wouldn't worry about it, Red. You look fine to me.

Thanks! I'm still going to take this as an excuse to eat an entire pizza in one sitting whenever I feel like.

It's good to know healthy eating habits remain among younger folks.

Dangit, lizard, next time take pictures of local landmarks alongside your poses so it'll make stalking you easier. >:V
