> Before we do that, appraise the room. Do we recognize it? Is there anything in here?
The room is empty, save for the now slightly flickering fluorescent lights overhead.
You don't recognize it.
You don't really remember anything, now that you think about it.

You peek out the door.
There's a hallway, here, lined with other, similar doors, each one numbered, each one with a slot for a clipboard mounted next to it. None of the other rooms currently have a clipboard, though you can see yours, in fact, does. You are in room 1357. Across the hall is a small, wall-mounted clock, probably battery powered. It's currently stuck on 1:57 PM.
The hall is empty, aside from that. At a glance, you see nothing.

You're rather spoiled and a bit entitled, but you tend not to see it that way--it's not your fault you're like this, after all.
Your name is--
What is your name?
It's on the tip of your tongue, but you just can't remember.
