Oh I forgot:
QUOTE
...Why is the distinction between Snarks and Boojums relevant? You haven't named anything BOOJUM yet...

The Fears themselves are called BOOJUMS. That's why the blog's tagline is "Looking for Boojums."

OH OKAY [facepalm]

Snarks being proxies would make perfect sense, then. (As do your rationales for WALRUS and CARPENTER.)

I'm still curious about ALICE and the RED KING, though. And if he ever left off dreaming of you...

THESE ARE RED FREAKS. THEY CAN HARM YOU.

Ooh, nice.

I like the Rake being the moon. Because the moon is where we get the phrase "lunatic."

I always saw the Wooden Girl as more the Empress. And the Archangel as the Hierophant. But this works too.

Obligatory OH GOD THE RAPTURE IS BURNING post:

Slendy: The Birchman, the slender man, The Government Man, "slendy."

EAT: [b]Cthulhu mark II, Leviathan, Salmacis, EAT, The Camper, "flying zombies," The Music of the Waves.

Wooden: The Harlequin, The Wooden Girl, "Mistress."

Doors: Rabbit holes. As for the City itself, that's too spoileriffic.

That's all the Fears used in the story so far. I have so many plans for the other Fears, though.

A lot of this stuff has changed. ...well, some of them.

EXHIBITS:
Viceking's Graab (Step inside the maze. You could spend an eternity here.)
The Mythology of Empathy (Eight songs, nine tracks. Welcome death.)
Ancestor (Five tracks. Death of the Artist and Chinese mythology.)
Fear (A visual art exhibit in blog format.)
Nobody anymore, never again (Another visual art exhibit in blog format.)
The Everyblogger Triad: 1, 2, 3 (Embrace the bad writing, give into your psyche.)
PLAN 31 (Frank Slenderman: Ace Attorney)
OH GOD THE RAPTURE IS BURNING (400,000 words. Five months. All Fears. Excess. On fifth draft, not final.)
Topography Genera (15 blogs. Conventional horror. See seas rise.)

On an alternate note, I have started calling the victims the Haunted. I got tired of saying "The ones that Fears fuck with."

I know it's not technically Fear Mythos but I liked it when HABIT referred to the Rake as "Snoopy".
