Pourquoi?

There are bridges over rivers. There are moments of collapse.
There are drivers with their feet on the glass.
You can kick but you can’t get out.
There is history in the Rooms of the House.

All I know is that I dig Dexter, spatial anomalies, and skateboarding. So I came up with a decent enough idea for my first fear blog *Mr. Burns hands*

Lost Valkyries: The Rise and Fall of Ohio (The Lost Lunaverse)
A Son to Rend the Dark (Fear Blog)

You shall be my roots and
I will be your shade,
though the sun burns my leaves.

Pourquoi?

I assume you mean por que? ...or you're using another European language. I say Teddy because he was, all in all, an awesome dude for the people. He was a member of one of the last horseback cavalries in American history, he got rid of many unfair things businessmen did, and most importantly, he was an awesome guy. Lost an eye in a boxing match, took safaris in the jungle, helped build the Panama Canal... he was in all respects a total freaking lovable guy.

Good answer, but just for the record, the correct French is "Porquoi" or "Pourqoi". Take it up against my French teacher, who is an actual Frenchman, if you don't agree.

Well, I said por que, as in the Espanol word which means the same thing.

And whenever I use Espanol, accents be damned, and so do upside down puncuation marks! I'm usin' Spanglish!

Oh, right, y'all are American.

With your Spanish as a second language and your presidents and stuff.

Another thing. Beavercreek, my home town, had a pep rally. I went there, but I was saying.

"So Beavercreek is greatest football team in district. But America is sucky and pathetic like weak baby. RUSSIAN FOOTBALL TEAM IS WHERE IT IS AT! ST. PETERSBURG DISTRICT AMERICAN FOOTBALL UNION FOR WIN!"

And Red, is it true that Washington is considered a terrible person up there?

...I mean Andrew Jackson was an all around a-hole, even down here, but I'm asking for Canadian perspective.

We Canadians think all Americans are horrible people! We even have a holiday dedicated to it. You guys know it as 'Canada Day' - we know it as 'We Fucked Up Their White House Day'. To throw you off, we don't even celebrate it on the anniversary.

EDIT: To seriously answer your question, no, Zacks, it's not true. Opinions on American presidents vary in Canada as much as they do in the States.

If we ever get together, guys? I want to have a soccer match. A giant one.

I love soccer. Only sport I can really enjoy excepting volleyball, and sometimes football. -Sometimes.- When I'm in the zone for it, I kick ass.

Also, apparently my parents thought I was going to be a football player when I was born, due to my broad shoulders and my weight when I was born... it's funny how things turn out, huh?

You... Want me to play sports?

As in physical activity.

Can I just...be a bimbo in the stands? I'm pretty sure that fits me better.

Well, that's expected. The world hates America. Even I, an American, personally dislike America. I am what you call a hippie-hipster. And we are starting more wars than Germany ever would, could, or did! MUAHAHAH. AAHAHAHHAH.

And that's just one reason of fifty five I have...

Backtracking the conversation a bit...

I like soccer but I haven't played since kindergarten when playing soccer just involved a large group of kids chasing a ball around and kicking it.

I can [sorta] play tennis though!

A writer’s brain is full of little gifts, like a piñata at a birthday party. It’s also full of demons, like a piñata at a birthday party in a mental hospital. The truth is, it’s demons that keep a tortured writer’s spirit alive, not Tootsie Rolls. Sure they’ll give you a tiny burst of energy, but they won’t do squat for your writing. So treat your demons with the respect they deserve, and with enough prescriptions to keep you wearing pants.
